The mix of Serbian language and veiled my act a little scary! Where on earth had fallen?Sarajevo, Sarajevo - screaming all signs on the road.
Bosnia and Herzegovina for me is a country that is absolutely crazy, but existing successful. Can you imagine the combination of chevapchichi as a national dish and Islam as the official religion. If you can, flee to Sarajevo - where you will find exactly this reality.

Traveling around Bosnia and contemplating the beautiful forest reliefs (in many places covered with plenty of garbage), hardly ear and told our guide. It turned out that Bosnia was one of the few countries that have adopted voluntary Islam.

Bashcarshija

When the Ottomans came to conquer, there is no big deal to break (unlike Bulgaria, for example) and quite contrary to the practice that we know, they began to build bridges, office buildings and schools, apparently, have won the hearts of Bosnians.

Going to Sarajevo and sipping mineral water, buy more in Mostar, it tells us about the former glory of this “Olympic City"- from billboards to the bottle label. Once when it was a fact table and people have poured in to watch sporting events, Sarajevo was a beautiful place. At least according to some familiar story. For me, however, Sarajevo is a terrific city and gloomy, panting under the ugly and gray buildings, backed by its former glory. Old Town, which was our first and last stop before our return home, is a charming and beautiful, unlike its modern extension.Long and wide streets, which sold jewelry and textiles, food and souvenirs are varied and attractive. Most impressed me was the shop for hand knitted garments and accessories that were at fabulous prices, and therefore failed to acquire a unique author of those beautiful things.
